Digital Product Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Policy applies to Kernovia downloadable digital products unless a product listing expressly provides different refund terms.

2. General rule for digital products

Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed or downloaded immediately, sales are generally final after delivery or access. Please review the product description, compatibility information, included files, product language, and other requirements before purchasing.

3. When Kernovia will review a refund or remedy request

Kernovia will review requests involving a duplicate charge; a wrong file delivered; a file that is materially corrupted or unusable and cannot be remedied or replaced within a reasonable time; or a product that is materially different from its description at the time of purchase. Kernovia will also provide any refund, cancellation, or other remedy required by applicable law.

4. Troubleshooting first

For a technical or file issue, Kernovia may first attempt reasonable troubleshooting, redelivery, replacement, or correction. A resolvable compatibility issue that was accurately disclosed before purchase ordinarily does not create a refund entitlement unless applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Change of mind and business results

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, Kernovia does not provide refunds merely because a buyer changes their mind, no longer needs the product, lacks disclosed compatible software, or does not achieve a desired business, revenue, profit, pricing, or customer result.

6. How to request review

Email support@getkernovia.com with the purchase email address, product name, order or receipt information if available, and a concise description of the issue. Do not send complete payment-card information.

7. Timing

Contact Kernovia promptly after discovering a problem. Delay can make technical investigation more difficult. Any statutory deadline or non-waivable consumer right that applies to you takes precedence over this request to contact Kernovia promptly.

8. Payment-provider and legal rights

Refund processing may be carried out through the commerce or payment provider used for the transaction. Nothing in this Policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
